Off the Circle Podcast LogoRecently, I was a guest on the podcast Off The Circle to discuss Apple’s Face ID and the implications of this new technology for businesses and consumers alike. I was invited to appear on the podcast by Ryan Grimes of My IT Indy and we had a good time discussing these interesting issues.

It will be interesting to see how this technology is both used and abused. I’m sure we will see some case law regarding the constitutionality of this type of security on your device.

As always, nothing in the podcast should be considered legal advice. Our discussions were, hopefully, educational in nature. Contact a lawyer for any specific questions.

Enjoy!
