Using Microsoft Bookings as a online scheduling tool

If you pay for a subscription to Microsoft Office 365, don’t overlook Microsoft’s Bookings. Bookings is an online tool to let your clients to schedule meetings with you. The software “reads” your Outlook calendar and only shows your free time. You can set rules for the meeting requests and the like. It’s a pretty powerful tool.

If you want to see Bookings in action, check out this video. Our law firm
uses this tool directly and as the “book now” button on Facebook. It works well for some clients. Others prefer to call and/or exchange emails.
We often don’t get the most out of our technology investments. This is a great example of a product you likely pay for, but didn’t know you had.
What online calendaring/scheduling platforms does your law firm use and why? Let us know in the comments.
