How To: Add card in Outlook Automatically

I regularly get asked how to automatically add my vCard (electronic business card) in Outlook automatically to each email I send.  I show you how here:

Keep in mind that Outlook will always show the image of your vCard with this method.  You may want to add some contact information in text only to your signature in case your recipient’s mail program doesn’t read the image appropriately.  Your vCard obviously contains all your contact information, but that fact is sometimes missed by those who might be unfamiliar with vCards or Outlook and having some text containing pertinent contact information can be helpful.
