The E-file Indiana project continues to roll out to additional counties. The Court has just updated Indiana’s E-filing User Guide with three new tutorials.
Add multiple filings to a single envelope
Add an attorney to the Public Service List
Correctly file a Certificate of Service
As of September 1, Clark, Floyd, Harrison, Hendricks, Henry, Madison, and Shelby counties require electronic filing for all subsequent filings.
