What do to when a client asks: what information do I need to provide?

Lawyers:

How many times has this happened you?  A client requests what information he or she needs to provide before your initial meeting. You think it through, and draft an email or letter with a list of the requested information. You send the email or letter, happy to be done with the task.

To take your game to the next level, take that information and put it into a text expansion tool so that you can use it over and over again. The next time a client requests what information he or she needs to provide, type your keyboard shortcut and watch the tool go to work. Modify as necessary and send.
